CHOCOLATE/STRAWBERRY CAKE
This was a chocolate cake with chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate roses as accents. The plaque was made of molded white chocolate.
BEATLES CAKE
This was made for a young teenage girl who LOVES the Beatles. The drums were Rice Krispie treats covered with fondant. The drum sticks were toothpicks and the flag design was frosting.
AIR FORCE CAKE
This was made for a young boy's birthday who has high hopes of joining the Air Force one day. The Air Force logo was an edible image and the airplanes were made of molded chocolate
ALABAMA/CAMOFLAUGE CAKE
This was a cake I made to celebrate our Pastor's Anniversary with our church. He is an avid hunter & Alabama fan so, I mixed the two. The Alabama logo was a licensed edible image. The football was made of rice krispie treats then frosted. The camoflauge was also an edible image and the antlers were made of gum paste.
BASEBALL DEDICATION CAKE
This was a cake to dedicate a new indoor baseball facility called "The Batter's Box" for Baseball Country in Tuscaloosa Alabama The logo was a printed edible image and the letters, bats, gloves & baseballs were made of molded chocolate.

DOLPHIN CAKE
This cake was ordered for a birthday aboard a Dolphin Cruise!! The dolphin & shells were made of molded chocolate. It was a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting.
BOXING CAKE
One of my good friends ordered this cake for her son who has recently become interested in boxing. It was almond flavored (her all-time favorite). The gloves and corner posts were made of fondant and the rest is buttercream.
ANDROID CAKE
This was ordered for a 12 yr. old boy's birthday. It was yellow cake with buttercream filling and frosting =)
FIRE TRUCK CAKE
This was made for a little boy's 4th Birthday. It was a marble cake. The bottom was a 1/4 sheet. He also wanted Spiderman included so if you look closely you can see the spiderman head on the side =)
DAISY CHOCOLATE CAKE
I had some extra batter & frosting so I whipped-up this cake and then sold it to a friend who wanted some daisies put on it. The flowers are made of molded chocolate and the leaves are buttercream. It was a chocolate cake with chocolate fudge & buttercream.

This cake was a rainbow cake inside =) This was for my daughter's 3rd birthday. It was white cake colored for each rainbow layer and was frosted with buttercream frosting.

This cake was made for a nursing home resident's birthday. It was a full sheet cake in order to serve all the residents. This was white cake with strawberry filling, cream cheese frosting, chocolate covered strawberries and Happy Birthday made of molded chocolate.

DISNEY PRINCESS CAKE
This cake was so much fun because the Mother of the birthday girl sent me a bag of some of her favorite toys and had me incorporate them on the cake. I picked the princesses & their carriage =) This was a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting.

SUPER HERO CAKE
When I asked what kind of cake the customer wanted for her son's birthday party, she said "Whatever, he likes, Superman, Batman, Spiderman. So, whatever you think" So, I couldn't resist doing all 3 in one cake. The Superman cake was a 1 layer cake with buttercream frosting and a plastic Superman piece on top. The Batman layer was double layered with buttercream filling and frosting. The bottom was covered with red paper and piped "web" with black frosting.
MONKEY BABY SHOWER CAKE
I had so much fun sculpting these little monkeys. The top & bottom layers were yellow cake and the middle was chocolate. It is covered with buttercream frosting with fondant monkeys all around. The trees were plastic cake toppers.
MACKENZIE CHILDS CAKE
This was a cake made for one of my lifelong friend's 30th birthday. She absolutely adores Mackenzie Childs designs so we decided this would be the perfect cake for her. This was a chocolate cake the PB chips and sweet PB frosting. It was totally covered & decorated with fondant. Below are the Mackenzie Childs pieces I used for inspiration.
NURSERY RHYME BABY SHOWER CAKE
This was requested by one of my child's teachers for a baby shower. The Mom-to-be was decorating the nursery using inspiration from her favorite childhood stories. I chose 2 of her favorites for this cake. The cake was completely covered in fondant as were the little characters, baby and baby blanket. Lettering was piped on with buttercream frosting.
SUPER MARIO CAKE
This cake was requested for a young boy's birthday. It was vanilla with buttercream frosting decorations and a plastic Mario Cake Topper.
IRON BOWL (ALABAMA/AUBURN) CAKE
I am soooooo much more fond of the bottom layer than the top on this one =) This was requested for an Iron Bowl/Birthday Party for a friend of mine. The top layer was Chocolate and the bottom was Vanilla with Strawberry filling. It is frosted with Buttercream frosting and I used edible printed sugar paper for the tiger stripes and houndstooth covering. The football was piped on with buttercream.
CHRISTMAS GIFT CAKE
This cake was ordered for an office Christmas party. The top layer was red velvet with buttercream frosting and the bottom was Chocolate with PB chips and sweet PB frosting.
FSU CAKE
This cake was a little hard to do for this Bama Girl, but I fought through it ;-) Requested by a friend for her Husband's birthday. It was a full sheet cake which he took to work @ Home Depot to share with co-workers on his big day. It was marble flavored covered with buttercream frosting and a plastic FSU football cake topper. The lettering was made from molded white chocolates.
CUB SCOUTS CAKE
A high school friend requested this cake for the Birthday Celebration of the Boys Scouts (specifically her son's Cub Scouts). It was a full sheet marble flavored cake with buttercream frosting, Cub Scouts edible image and white chocolate molded letters and symbol.
MUSIC NOTE CAKE
I made this cake for one of my piano students' birthday. It was a chocolate cake with sweet peanut butter cream filling and frosted with the same. The music notes were made using chocolate molds.
SUPER BOWL XLVI CAKE
I detoured from my usual 2 football Super Bowl cakes this year and did a basic sheet cake. This was a marble flavored cake and I used a licensed edible image for a nice clean look.
PIRATE CAKE
A co-worker of mine requested a pirate cake for her son's birthday. This cake was made with buttercream frosting and topped with a plastic cake topper.
ONESIE BABY SHOWER CAKE
This was made for a Cars themed baby shower. It was made of all buttercream frosting with a Cars plastic cake topper.
DROWSY POET COFFEE CUP CAKE
This was requested by a coffe lover. I obtained permission from one of his favorite coffe shops (Drowsy Poet) to put their logo on edible sugar paper to make this design. It was a Mocha cake covered in fondant and Buttercream sprinkled with cinnamon to give the appearance of whipped cream on top!
CAPTAIN AMERICA CUPCAKES
These were requested by a Mom for her son's birthday. He took them to school to share with friends =) Shield was made with Buttercream Frosting and a White Chocolate Star.

THOMAS THE TRAIN CAKE

SWAMP CAKE
This has to be one of my all-time favorites! Made for a little boy that loves bugs and swamp things. The cattails were made of tootsie rolls on toothpicks. The rocks were made of fondant. The frogs, millipedes, and alligators were made of molded chocolate and all other creatures were plastic toys.
BLUE ANGELS CAKE
Copied this cake from one I had found on Google. This was for a young man's birthday. He apparently loved the Blues so I made the cake accordingly. It was chocolate with buttercream frosting and the planes were made of molded white chocolate.

DONUT CAKE
I made this for my daughter's Donut Themed Birthday. It was Almond flavored with tan buttercream frosting for the donut and pink fondant for the donut icing. The sprinkles were little fondant pieces.

PINK FLOWER CAKE
This was made for a woman's 80th birthday (requested by her daughter). I thought it turned out beautiful! It was Vanilla cake with Strawberry Frosting.
BABY BOY'S 1ST BIRTHDAY CAKE
This cake was made to match the plates & napkins for a baby boy's 1st birthday. It was chocolate with buttercream frosting. Also made matching smash cake (not pictured) which was basically the same as the top layer.

This cake was requested by a husband of a confessed "choco-holic"! He thought this would be perfect for her 40th Birthday Party =) The flavor was obviously.....CHOCOLATE. It was filled with Dove chocolates and homemade white chocolates for a touch of color.
FALL THEMED WEDDING CAKE
This cake was for a Fall-Themed Wedding dressed with fresh flowers. The top & bottom layers were Marble and the middle was Yellow. I love a beautiful basket-weave frosting technique!! =)
BUSTIER/CORSET CAKE
"Bride-to-be" loved yellow so I did that & threw-in some black & white as well. Cake was Chocolate with buttercream frosting.
TEAL & BROWN PROPOSAL CAKE
SHE SAID YES!!!!! The "groom-to-be" requested his girl's favorite color (teal). He also requested chocolate cake with a pineapple filling again being her favorite =)
PINK & BROWN 13TH BIRTHDAY CAKE
This customer requested a 13th birthday cake that was pink & brown. This is what I came-up with. It was confetti with buttercream frosting & chocolate/white chocolate number & flowers.

COACH/VICTORIA SECRET CAKE
This cake was for a Bon Voyage/Bridal Shower. She & her soon to be hubby are moving to Hawaii after the wedding. I love being able to include different themes into 1 cake. The Coach Suitcase was Almond covered with fondant and the VS box was marble with buttercream frosting. Passport & License plate were made of fondant.
SEASHELL BEACH CAKE
I had so much fun making this cake. The groom requested the bottom layer be brownie since he doesn't care for cake (which I'm pretty sure is a sin) ;-) And the other 2 layers were Marble. The seashells turned out great!!
FLIP FLOP BEACH CAKE
This was for my daughter's 8th Birthday. We had a lovely swimming party @ a beach front condo IN THE MIDDLE OF TROPICAL STORM LEE!! I guarantee you the kids will never 4get it though! Per her request, the top was lemon and the bottom was Confetti. The flip-flops & starfish were made from white chocolates.
