Beautiful cake for a beautiful 6 yr. old girl. The bottom layer was Almond and the top layer was 1) Banana and 2) Strawberry with buttercream in the middle. All decorations are fondant except for the Monogram Initial which was made of white chocolate.

This was a part of a Disney themed wedding. The Groom wanted a mixture of mickey mouse and music so we decided to use the Fantasia mickey since that movie combined both. The magicians hat was made of fondant and the mickey ears were made of chocolate. The cake was mint chocolate chip with chocolate frosting.

This was a vintage Winnie the Pooh themed shower to welcome baby Tristan. It was an almond flavored cake with chocolate cake on the bottom. The cupcakes alternated between Almond & Chocolate. Letters were made of white chocolate in alphabet molds.

This is one of my favorites for it's originality!! My sister-in-law requested a retirement cake for her co-worker at the Health Department. They wanted different "diseases" on (I suggested having random people sneeze or cough on it, but that idea was shot down) =) So we developed these cartoon "pictures" of diseases and I printed them on sugar paper and labeled each one (rabies, H1N1, shigella etc..). The letters were made of chocolate put into alphabet molds.
